Refund Policy
At SilverValley, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction for all our customers. We understand that there may be instances when you need to return an item. Below is our refund policy, which applies to all purchases made on our website, silvervalley.site, or at our physical location at Pizzeria Napoli Square, Rome, 00184, Italy.
Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please contact us immediately at +39 06 482 3698. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the transaction and issue a full refund in the original form of payment. Please note, orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the delivery process.
Returns and Refunds After Delivery
Upon delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 minutes of receipt. To qualify for a return and refund, the item must be uneaten, and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 minutes have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- Seasonal or promotional items
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, contact us immediately at +39 06 482 3698 to arrange for a replacement. If an exchange is not feasible, we will initiate a refund in the original form of payment.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 482 3698.
Non-refundable items:
Certain items like soft drinks and lemonades cannot be refunded. In cases where a product is clearly unsatisfactory, please contact us for potential compensation. We value your feedback and will work to resolve issues on a case-by-case basis.
