The journey of 'SilverValley started with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The venture by the Bianchi clan commenced in 1985, forming a quaint, family-oriented eatery built upon ancestral recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered the art of pizza crafting amid her Italian sojourns, meticulously learning from esteemed pizza experts in Naples—where pizza originated. Her return to the UK was marked by a resolve to offer the essence of traditional Italian pizza, undeviating in its methods and purity.
From its inception as a cozy 12-seater pizzeria, our business has flourished into a cherished local gem, all while maintaining our dedication to excellence and genuineness. Our time-tested wood-fired oven practices, daily dough preparation, and selection of premium ingredients remain unchanged.
Now, 'SilverValley' is still in the hands of family, with the Bianchi progeny at the helm, inspiring our devoted squad. Despite some contemporary upgrades, our ethos holds firm: to share delightful, genuine pizza that unifies everyone.
